March 2000 - September 2000: Ahh the joys of being able to get into professional buildings. This was a great little studio with a fireplace and a skylight and tons of closet space. This was a really nice place to find and it was in a great area. For some sequence of synapses firing, I decided not to renew my lease. Little did I know how bad of an idea that was going to be until the end of July start of August when I was still looking for a new place to live and not even on the east coast half of the time. Thankfully things worked out, but just like my first off campus studio, I'll miss this place.
